Our conference rooms are spacious, inviting, and warm, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for your next event.
All rooms are handicap accessible. We provide audio-visual equipment rental and have Zoom capabilities.
Event rentals come with complimentary parking with plenty of designated handicap spaces.
Additionally, the Center is near to a variety of shopping, dining, and walking opportunities.
Catering
Carondelet Center is pleased to offer multiple options to fit our clients’ different catering needs. From basic coffee services and box lunches to dinner meetings, our goal is to provide you with outstanding hospitality.
Groups of 30+ guests may select more than two box lunch types; smaller groups are limited to two

Food must be purchased from commercial suppliers under regulatory control, from a licensed food establishment, or store-bought

Guest is responsible for receiving all items and signing for deliveries.
Events are subject to a service and venue fee based on actual number of guests.
Coffee, tea, cocoa, lemonade and soda are all available for purchase.
Individually packaged snacks, candy, popcorn and granola bars may be purchased as well.
Guest Rooms
Carondelet Event Center features affordable, spacious, simply appointed guest rooms. Perfect retreat participants, family reunion guests, and meeting attendees.
Rooms feature two single and one double bed, a desk, wireless access and mini fridge.
A three-stall women’s restroom and separate four-stall shower room are across the hall from the guest rooms. A unisex restroom is located at the end of the hall.
Linens and towels are provided.
Check in: 12pm to 3pm | Check out: 11am.

A small kitchen on the third floor features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, along with a small kitchen table. Dishes and utensils are provided.

$56.44 per night per person (includes tax).
Payment is due upon booking. Room is not confirmed until payment is received.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 business hours before check in (12pm).
