Carondelet Center, a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and Consociates, is a host facility for conferences, retreats, meetings and events, committed to creating an atmosphere for lifelong learning, personal growth, the arts and spirituality.
Hosting events and retreats in the heart of St. Paul, MN, historic Carondelet Center is just 10 minutes from the Minneapolis St. Paul airport. With nine meeting rooms and two guest rooms, this host facility can accommodate groups of up to 200 guests.
A stately brick and stone Beaux Art landmark, Carondelet Center was built in 1912 by architect John W. Wheeler. The building originally served as the Novitiate for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Today, Carondelet Center’s meeting spaces weave modern amenities with antique period detail and charm including elegant furnishings and period woodwork.
